What is a credit?

A credit is the platform's usage unit. One hour of voice interview with Olivia costs 3 credits, because it captures the tacit knowledge no one has time to write down. Any other usage, such as analyzing a document or ingesting content, costs 1 credit. Chat queries are unlimited and don't consume credits.
What happens if I go over my included credits?
You're never blocked. Beyond the included credits, each additional credit is billed at your plan's rate: €1.20 on Team, €1.00 on Business, negotiated rate on Enterprise. You track your usage in real time from your dashboard.
Is there a commitment?
None on the monthly plan: no commitment, cancel anytime. On the annual plan, you commit for twelve months and get two months free, i.e. €249 instead of €290 and €999 instead of €1,200.
Are users really unlimited?
Yes, on every plan. You don't pay per seat: your whole organization can browse the knowledge, ask questions in the chat, and contribute, with no per-user cost. That's what makes Skillsay a fit for networks and multi-site groups.
Are document connectors included?
Yes. SharePoint, Google Drive, OneDrive, and the other connectors are included on all paid plans. Content ingested through these connectors consumes credits like any other usage.
Where is my data hosted?
In France, 100%. Skillsay runs on sovereign European AI, with AES-256 encryption and native GDPR compliance. Your data never leaves the country and is never used to train third-party models.
